The main ’Beer and Wine‘ event kicks off at 5pm on Friday! Definitely the best night of the festival – full range of beers, ciders and wines all in peak condition, rapid service at the bar, great combination of live and recorded music and enough punters to create an exciting buzz without feeling crowded. Freshly cooked food will be available with stands offering Thai noodles, Venison tagine, Greek style food, Burgers, Pasties, Jacket Potatoes, Pizzas and much more.

Enjoy a comprehensive selection of beers, ciders and wines to suit every taste. Full details and tasting notes are on the Guest Drinks pages – Beer and real ales, Cider and Perry, Wines.

Music from a wide variety of bands (the majority of which are local) will play until 11pm.  Details are on the Bands and Musicians page.  There will be plenty of musical variety with a mix of genres and styles to suit both young and the more mature.

We are a family friendly event and there is something for everyone so come along and enjoy the fun.  Children’s activities:  From 11am to 5pm on Saturday 24 June there will be face painting, pebble painting and making bird feeders.  There is ice cream, candy floss and crepes for them eat and plenty of soft drinks available at the food stalls.

Dogs: unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the festival site, as we have to consider the health and safety of all our visitors – plus the wellbeing of the dogs. Go to the FAQs page for more information.

We welcome new talent and wish to thank all those bands and musicians that contacted us for a session at the Festival. If you weren’t successful this year, and you are a reasonably local band, why not contact us again early next year?
